5. And that final touch for luminous, healthy skin begins on the inside. Drink water, it’s a simple step, but one of the most essential to maintaining a healthy body and healthy skin.

For your evening routine, choose a heavier moisturizer, something that will restore your skin from a long day beneath the sun, facing the heat and the daily wears of those nasty free-radicals.
